All Features and Information
With an ECU remap, we aim achieve the perfect balance of all the engines control signals, such as fuel quantity and injection, boost pressure, air mass as well as speed.
All of the manufacturers safety features which are programmed into the ECU are left intact while when optimizing these values, which means that the all of the ECU’s safety functions are fully functional and remain in control.
Many manufacturers limit the vehicle's speed with an electronic to speed limiter. If you have one of these vehicles that is electronically governed and would like it to be removed, we can help.
For the optimization of your vehicle by ECU chiptuning, please make an appointment at DTE Systems in Recklinghausen. Alternatively, you may also send in your ECU. Before sending the ECU, please, contact our technical support in advance.
Our insurance at a glanceComprehensive protection for your machine
With helvetia's truck insurance, you receive additional protection for the tuned engine and transmission of your truck. In the event of damage, the insurance covers possible repair costs of up to € 20,000 for a period of 24 months (for vehicles up to 2 years old) or 12 months (for vehicles up to 36 months old from the date of initial registration), up to a maximum mileage of 240,000 km. Insurable are trucks (without trailer) with our tuning up to a total weight of 44 tons with a registration in the European Union or Switzerland. You can find detailed insurance conditions here.
