Payment Methods & Shipping

All the following are accepted payment methods

  • Bank transfer

Your desired items will be sent as soon as we have received your payment. The articles remain reserved for you until we have received your payment (maximum 7 days). Depending on the bank, it can take 3-5 working days for us to receive your payment.

Important information for the transfer:

Please always state your order number as the purpose. 
Please transfer for each order individually.

You agree to the assignment of the seller's claims for payment of the purchase price to third parties.

Refund after a return:
When you return one or more items, the amount will be returned to the bank account from which you transferred.

Refund in case of cancellation
We will of course immediately refund any amounts already paid for the canceled items.



  • Paypal

If you choose to pay via PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the ordering process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in here with your user details and make the payment. If you are new at PayPal, you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and confirm the payment. The incoming payment is usually booked within a few minutes and your order is processed immediately. Please note that you agree to PayPal's terms and conditions and thus accept PayPal's processes.

Refund after a return:
If you return an item, the value of the returned items will be automatically credited to the PayPal account you are using. You can decide yourself in your PayPal whether the amount will be forwarded to your PayPal or your bank account. If your PayPal account is closed, we reserve the right to refund your bank details. It is not possible to use another PayPal account for the refund.

Refund after a cancellation:
The value of the canceled items will be refunded to your PayPal account



  • COD (Germany and Austria)

Cash on delivery is a form of cash payment. The payment is made upon delivery in cash and handed over to the DHL parcel delivery service. Please ensure that you have the exact amounts, ano changis available from deliverers.


Review after a return:
If you want to return the items you have received, please provide us with your bank details on the return shipments label so that we can refund the value of the items to your account.



  • Credit card (Visa or Mastercard)

You can pay with VISA or Mastercard credit cards. Simply select your credit card as your payment method during the ordering process. With the most modern encryption techniques, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and the 3D Secure process, all order and credit card data are only transmitted to us in encrypted form. When ordering, we need the card's check digit in addition to the card number, the validity, and the credit card company. You will find this three or four-digit number on your credit card. Purchase by credit card is possible for all DTE articles.
You will only be charged the purchase price when the goods are shipped.

Refund after a return:
If you return an item, your credit card will be relieved as soon as the return has been received from our company. Please note: If your credit card has expired, your bank details cannot be refunded. Please contact your credit card company.

Refund in case of cancellation:
You don't have to pay for items that have been canceled. We won't charge your credit card until your items have been shipped.



  • Klarna invoice purchase (Germany and Austria)

Pay after receiving your goods. If you choose the purchase on account option, you will receive an invoice from Klarna and have 14 days from the date of purchase to pay it. There are no fees and no additional costs. With every purchase you make through Klarna, you are automatically protected by Klarna buyer protection.

Refund after a return:
If you are returning an article, deduct the value of the article from the invoice amount and transfer the difference. Klarna will update the status of your invoice as soon as we have received the goods.

Advice on our delivery times

The delivery time may be longer (on average of 7 days or more) for deliveries to remote European locations (for example to islands, mountain areas, etc.) or outside Europe. However, we are always striving to use the best delivery method to ship your order according to the order information and requirements. Fees, duties & taxes

For deliveries to countries outside the EU additional fees, duties, and/or taxes may apply for you as the receiver or sender (f. ex.: a claim). These are based on the legal regulations in your country. Some information can be found under:
